Ingredients and Recipe:
Meats
Titus fish
Stock and dry fish
Onion and ginger
Garlic
Seasoning powder
Salt
Water
Cover and cook, remove the titus fish within 10-15 minutes and set aside, you can fry it if you want and continue cooking your meat until it is 75% done
Pepper mix which is: Chili, Fresh Paprika and Crayfish “fresh paprika is optional”
Uda and Uziza seeds
Cocoyam or Yam
Dried utazi and Uziza leaves
Water
Add them to the pot once the meats are completely cooked for 75% then cover and continue cooking until the soup starts thicken up then taste and adjust the seasoning like Salt and seasoning powder or cube which ever one that you are using. Add more of cocoyam if needed then continue cooking to thicken up more to your satisfaction
Finally add
Fried titus fish
Ogiri
Crayfish
Then stir and let it boil for 5 minutes and your Finger Licking Nsala Soup Is Ready to serve and enjoy. Pair it with any swallow of your choice.
