1 TSP HOT CHILI SAUCE
DIPPING SAUCE
1 1/2 TBSP BUTTER
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA
A BIT OF SALT
1 TSP HOT CHILI SAUCE
40G WATER
1 WHOLE LEMON ZEST
1/2 OF A MEDIUM LEMON JUICE
COATING INGREDIENTS
3 TBSP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TBSP PARMESAN CHEESE
A BIT OF SALT
1/2 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1/2 TSP OREGANO
1 WHOLE LEMON ZEST
1 EGG
-TO THE PRAWNS ZEST 1 LEMON, AND THEN ADD GARLIC POWDER, BLACK PEPPER, OREGANO, A BIT OF SALT, 1 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA AND HOT CHILI SAUCE, AND THEN MIX WELL, AFTER THAT COVER THEM AND LET THEM MARINATE FOR 30 MINUTES.
-MEANWHILE MAKE A DIPPING SAUCE BY PUTTING BUTTER IN A PAN HEAT ON MEDIUM, FOLLOWED BY 1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER, 1 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA, SALT, HOT CHILI SAUCE, LEMON JUICE, WATER, 1 WHOLE LEMON ZEST, STIR AND COOK FOR 4 MINUTES ON MEDIUM TO LOW HEAT, MIX OFTEN, TURN OFF THE HEAT ONCE ITβS READY, ADD A BIT OF PARSLEY AND STIR, KEEP IT ASIDE.
-IN A BOWL PUT FLOUR, PARMESAN CHEESE, A BIT OF SALT, 1/2 TSP SMOKED PAPRIKA, 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER, 1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER,1/2 TSP OREGANO, MIX WELL, THERE AFTER ADD 1 LEMON ZEST STIR AND KEEP ASIDE, AFTER THAT BEAT THE EGG DIP THE PRAWN IN THE EGG AND THEN COAT WITH THE FLOUR MIXTURE, SHAKE OFF THE EXCESS FLOUR AND PUT ON A PLATE, REPEAT THE SAME PROCESS TO THE REMAINING PRAWNS.
-PUT OIL IN A PAN HEAT ON MEDIUM UNTIL HOT, FRY THE PRAWNS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN FOR 3 MINUTES, A FEW AT A TIME, KEEP TURNING THEM EVERY NOW AND THEN, REMOVE FROM THE PAN AND PUT THEM ON A PLATE WHICH IS LINED WITH A KITCHEN PAPER TOWEL.
-SERVE WITH THE SAUCE, POUR SOME OF THE SAUCE OVER THE PRAWNS, ENJOY.
