Soy Sauce or browning

FESTIVAL

2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Cornmeal
1 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Nutmeg
2 tbsp Butter/ Margarine
