Chipotle Chicken ๐๐ถ๏ธ

Sharing another version of Chipotle chicken that is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor! Making it right at home is affordable and fresh. This is the perfect recipe for a delicious dinner or a high protein meal prep. I use chicken breasts to keep it lean and cook them on the grill for extra char and flavor. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-4 lbs chicken breasts
-two 7-oz. cans chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
-3 tbs neutral oil
-1 tbs onion powder
-1 tbs garlic powder
-1 tbs ground cumin
-1 tbs dried oregano
-2 tsp smoked paprika
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
-butterfly and filet each breast in half so that they cook evenly
-add chicken to a large bowl
-add in oil and above seasonings; add in chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and mix well
-cover and marinade in fridge for at least 6 hours but preferably overnight
-allow to sit at room temp for 20 minutes before cooking
-grill at 400F for ~5 minutes per side until internal temp of chicken is 155F and juices are clear
-allow to rest for 10 minutes before cutting or serving
-enjoy!
