RECIPE:
Pork brisket 1300-1500g.

Marinade recipe:
Soy sauce 50g
Garlic 2 cloves
Honey 3 teaspoons
Vegetable oil 30g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Spices:
Ground black pepper
Ground coriander
Paprika pieces
Rosemary powder
All spices in a pinch

Sauce recipe for meat:
Take 1/2 of the marinade
Add 3 tablespoons of ketchup or tomato sauce

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 160-180 degrees Celsius
