Today we are cooking Hungarian Goulash Soup, it may be that I cook a little to much and was able to eat for 4 days but it was surely worth it 😀

Ingredients:
5 Onions
1,2kg Goulash Beef
1 red Paprika
1 yellow Paprika
Sweet / hot Paprika Powder
2 TBSP Tomato Paste
Sunflower Oil
250ml Red Wine
1,2l Beef Stock
Salt, Pepper, Flour

Flavourmix:

2 Garlic clove
1/3 tbsp Marjoram
Lemon peel
1/3 tbsp ground cumin
1/3 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 TBSP sweet paprika powder
