Oven Baked Chicken Recipe with an amazing seasoning
First clean the chicken and cut it into 4 pieces 2 breasts and 2 thighs
Seasoning: fresh thyme , dried thyme , paprika, smoked paprika, inion powder, garlic powder, mixed spices, salt, black pepper, 2 tbsp of ketchup, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of vinegar.
Mix all ingredients and brush the paste all over the chicken parts.
Put in preheated oven 200 -220 degrees for 50 minutes
20 minutes on each side
Cover with foil for the first 40 minutes
Then brush again with the paste after 45 minutes.
Last 10 minutes remove the foil and roast the chicken.
