Today I made a dish that reminds me of family dinners in LA. Shoutout to my great Aunt Agnes that made it all the way from Hungary to the US avoiding the Nazi’s in WWII so that I could make this adapted dish. Paprikas was one of my favorite dishes of hers and now I’m sharing with with you!
Ingredients
3-4 Chicken Thighs
2 Tomatoes
1 medium onion
4 Tbs Hungarian Paprika
1 tbs Black Pepper
1 tbs salt
4tbs flour
3/4 cup sour cream
Chicken boullion or chicken broth
parsely to garnish
