Looking for a quick and healthy weekday dinner? This Hot Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon with Crispy Potato Wedges is the perfect fix. All you need is 11 minutes to make them in our Air Fryer Mini Oven!
Ingredients (serves 2):
– 2 salmon fillets
– 1 tsp Garlic powder
– 1 tsp Paprika
– 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
Hot Honey Garlic Sauce:
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 50g honey
– 1 tsp chilli flakes
– Juice of 1 lime
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley
– 2 tbsp melted butter
– Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
– Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
– Lime wedges, parsley, and sesame seeds for serving
Potato Wedges:
– 2 medium baking potatoes
– Olive oil
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley
Method:
STEP 1 Season the salmon fillets with garlic salt, smoked paprika, and cayenne powder.
STEP 2 Combine the minced garlic, honey, lime juice, parsley, chilli flakes, and melted butter in a small bowl and stir to combine.
STEP 3 Using a basting brush, add the sauce onto the salmon and set aside.
STEP 4 Slice 4 medium-sized baking potatoes into wedges and add into a large bowl.
STEP 5 Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, and fresh parsley and mix until coated.
STEP 6 Add the salmon and the potato wedges onto the Air Fryer Mini Oven basket and place inside.
STEP 7 Cook at 200 degrees for 11 minutes using the AirFry function.
STEP 8 Remove the salmon and potato wedges form the Air Fryer Mini Oven and place to a serving plate.
STEP 9 Garnish with lime wedges, white sesame seeds and fresh parsley.
STEP 10 Sit back and enjoy!
