Red chilly powder1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
salt 1 .5 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Vineger 1 tsp
All purppse of flour 1cup
corn flour 2tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
oil for fry
