The basic recipe is identically same as the Hungarian Beef Stew’s, the differences are the more liquid soupy consistency and the added vegetables.

Ingredients for 2 portion:
300 g Beef shank
180 g Onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
0.5 pc small tomato
0.5 pc pepper
salt, grounded black pepper, caraway seed
oil, water
1 pc carrot
1 pc parsley root
1 pc potatoes
0.5 pc parsnip
Hungarian chili peppers if you like spicy 😉
