Hungarian Goulash is a very old recipe , mostly
popular in Central Europe and the surrounding countries. It is one of the heartiest stew but simplest stew you can make.
INGREDIENTS:
For marination:
2 tsp paprika plus 1 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil plus 2 tbsp olive oil
3 lbs stew meat lamb/ beef/ chicken/pork
3 tbsp paprika (2 tbsp paprika + 1 tbsp smoked paprika)
1 bay leaf
1 whole onion chopped
2 tsp caraway seeds
2 cup broth/stock [beef/chicken]
parsley
4 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbsp tomato paste or 2 whole tomatoes chopped
2 whole potatoes diced
1 cup of carrot [diced/baby carrots]
