Ingredients for the mushroom recipe – 1
2 teaspoon olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
150g mushrooms
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon paprika Powder
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Method:
1. Clean mushrooms by gently wiping with a paper towel and then de-stem the mushrooms.
2. Add olive oil to a pan and heat over medium-high heat.
3. Add garlic and sauté, now add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Now add in the salt, chilli flakes, oregano and stir.
5. Add in the paprika powder and stir, now turn the mushrooms. (Stem side up).
6. Cook and brown the mushrooms about 2 minutes without disturbing or until cooked.
7. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and serve warm.
Ingredients for the mushroom recipe – 2
2 tablespoon regular oil
3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
300g mushrooms
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 bunch coriander
Method:
1. Clean mushrooms by gently wiping with a paper towel and then cut them into quarters.
2. Add oil to a pan and heat over medium-high heat.
3. Add garlic and sauté, now add the chilli and sauté.
4. Now add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
5. Add in the pepper, salt. Stir well and cook for about 2 minutes or until done.
6. Furthermore add in the lemon juice stir well.
7. Finely sprinkle fresh coriander and serve warm.
