Garlic paste 1 Tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tsp
Cumin powder 1 Tsp
Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
Paprika powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder ½ Tsp
Salt to taste/ 1 Tsp

For Coating sauce

Hot pepper/Naga pickle 1 Tbsp
Peri peri sauce 1 Tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 Tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 Tbsp
Soya sauce 1 Tbsp
White vinegar 1 Tbsp
Dried basil 1 Tsp
Honey 1 Tbsp
Garlic 2 Tsp chopped
Yogurt ¼ cup
Mustard oil 1 Tsp
Paprika powder 1 Tsp
Salt to taste ¼ Tsp

Sesame seeds(white til) for sprinkle
