Ingredients:
4 Fresh skinless salmon filets, (geen pepper, carrots & lemon slices), minced
4 tsp parsely, 4 tspolive oil, 4 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika & 1/2 tsp ginger.
4 filets de saumon frais, (1 poivron, carottes & 1 citron coupés en rondelles), 4 c à s persil, 4 c à s l’huile d’olive, 4 c à s jus de citron, 1/2 c à c sel, 1/2 c à c poivre, 1/2 c à c piment doux, 1/2 c à c gingembre.
