How to make delicious Potato Boats with Chicken/white Bechamel sauce /recipe.
This delicious, healthy Potato Boats recipe/a savory baked snacks| dinner of lunch that you can easily make at home for your family.

Here are the Ingredients:
Potatoes – depends of quantity or number of boats you are making
FILLING:
250g chicken breast cut into small cubes
1 small onion finely chopped
little amount chop green/yellow bell pepper
1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp dried basil, oil, flesh potatoes
POTATO GARNISH:
1/4cup olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp paprika
WHITE BECHAMEL SAUCE:
2 cups water
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp white flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp oregano fkakes
TOPPINGS:
Mozzarella cheese
paprika
chopped parsley

PREPARATIONS:
1)Peel potatoes and cut into half, using a spoon scoop the flesh potatoes out into a plate.
2) Make sure you don’t scoop all the flesh out of the potatoes, just enough to form a boat shape.
3) continue with the remaining potatoes.
4) chop the flesh potatoes and keep aside we will add this to our filling
5)For the garnish, combine all the ingredients and mix it well then brush each potato boat inside and outside
6) arrange them all in a baking pan, put in the oven and bake in 200°C for 10-15 minutes until cook and lightly golden brown, keep aside
7) put the flesh potatoes in a pan and add little water and salt, let boiled and cook until soft and puree/ option you can also stem the flesh potatoes . when it’s done set aside
8) Prepare the White Bechamel Sauce by combining all together i ingredients in a sauce pan mix them well, put in a medium heat flame ,continue stirring until the sauce comes thick , set aside
9) heat some oil in a pan then put the chicken mix it, ounce the chicken changes it’s color add the onion mix together and add the vegetables, continue mixing and add the spices stir together and add the potato puree, little water and cook for a a couple of minutes. set aside the filling
10) bring out the baked potato boats from oven then fill each potato boats with chicken filling and put the white bechamel sauce on top of it, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and paprika on top
11) put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese comes melted and golden brown in color
SPRINKLE PARSLEY ON TOP
SERVED AND ENJOY!
