In this video I show you 2 ways to cook pheasant. Recipe 1 requires the entire bird as we stuff it with apple and marjoram, the second recipe requires only parts of the bird, in this case the breast and things. Both recipes can use the same or similar sides; your choose of sautéed vegetables and potatoes, mashed or roasted.
Here are the recipes:

Recipe 1: Stuffed pheasant with apple and marjoram
Ingredients:
1 whole pheasant
smoked bacon
1 apple
oil
salt, pepper, marjoram

Step 1: cut up all the veggies and onion and place them on the bottom of a baking dish
step 2. salt and pepper the inside of the pheasant, also put chopped marjoram inside and the cored and sliced apple.
step 3. place pheasant in dish, completely cover it with the bacon, secure it with toothpicks. Pour somon it
step 4. place it in the oven uncovered for at least 60 minutes at 450 F.
step 5. check to see when it’s done, ovens vary. Every 20 minutes pour some liquid from the bottom to keep it moist

Serve with mashed potatoes and the vegetables and a few slices of the apple

Recipe 2: Pheasant with sour cream
Ingredients:
