Shashlik recipe:ββ
Ingredients for 10 people:ββ
– pork shoulder blade: 1,5 kgββ
– lamb loin: 1,5 kgββ
For marinade:ββ
– 6-8 medium onionsββ
– 6-8 medium tomatoes ββ
– salt, pepper, paprika, herbs mixββ
– soy sauce ββ
– carbonated waterββ

Instructions for pork:ββ
– cut the pork into big piecesββ
– cut tomatoes and onions ββ
– mix everything ββ
– thoroughly squeeze out the tomatoes and onions with your hands ββ
– add salt, pepper, paprika and herbs mixtureββ
– marinate for 1,5-2 hoursββ
Instructions for lamb: ββ
– cut the loin into big pieces ββ
– cut the tomatoes and onions ββ
– mix everything well and thoroughly squeeze the mixture with handsββ
– season with salt, pepper, paprika, herbs mixture and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce ββ
