Our expert chefs give you tips on the best way to cook our Licious Thyme and Paprika Chicken-Half
1) Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pressure cooker
2) Heat on medium flame
3) Add vegetables & stir
4) Place the chicken into a cooker & remove the whistle
5) Cook on low flame for 30 mins
6) Remove & plate
Roasting in an Oven:
1. Pre-heat your oven at 160℃ for 10 mins
2. Grease a baking tray with a teaspoon of oil
3. Place the chicken onto the tray & cover completely with aluminium foil
4. Place it in the oven & cook at 160℃ for 25 mins
5. Remove the tray and the foil & pour the drippings onto the chicken
6. Cook the uncovered chicken at 210°C for 15 mins
7. Remove once skin turns golden brown
8. Let it rest for 10 mins & serve
