Today I have come with another mouth watering recipe that would be a great option in winters, it keep you warm in cold weather and its also a perfect meal with low calories.
Its my chicken chilli recipe. You have to try this recipe and then you will realize how great recipe it is….
Chicken Chili Soup Ingredients;
4 tbsp oil
500 g chicken mince
3 green chillies / jalapeno (chopped)
5 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 green capsicum (chopped)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1+1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup tomato puree
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup red kidney beans
1 cup sweet corn
Chicken Chili Soup Method;
1. In a hot deep pot, add oil then add chicken mince and fry it for 5 to 7 minutes until chicken changes its colour to light brown colour.
2. Now add garlic and jalapeno (green chillies) and saute for 3 more minutes then add onion and capsicum and saute for more 3 minutes.
3. At this point, add tomato paste and all the spices and saute for 2 minutes then add tomato sauce and mix.
4. Now add 2 cups of chicken stock along with red kidney beans and sweet corn and bring it to a boil, now turn the flame on low and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Now turn off the flame the serve it in a small bowl and add some shredded cheddar cheese and some jalapenos and enjoy.
