✨Recipe✨
Dry rub:
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Marinade:
1 tbsp sriracha
1.5 tbsp honey
1 tbsp avocado oil
Salt & pepper
Marinate 1 hour and pan fry on med-high heat for 3-4 mins in avocado oil.
Mango-avocado salad:
2 mangos
2 avocado
1/2 red onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp sesame seeds
Jasmine rice:
1 cup jasmine rice
1.5 cups water
2 tbsp oil
Salt
Bring to a boil, add soaked rice cover and simmer for 15 mins on low.
