Ingredients:
2 Ib. Ground Beef or Turkey
1/2 Cup Yellow Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
2 tsp Garlic, minced
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1/3 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Beef Broth
1/4-1/2 Cup Crushed Crackers or Breadcrumbs
2 tsp Seasoned Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
**Bake at 375 Degrees F for 45 min, remove from the oven and brush on more sauce, place back into the oven for 15-20 additional minutes**
