It’s the most beautiful time of the year! ✨ And what better activity than cooking and eating together afterward? Today I’d like you to spend the day with me, while I cook hearty and festive wintry dishes, perfect for the holidays or any cold day. As I’m cooking only for me and my boyfriend, all of the dishes are perfect for two. I’m going to make a pumpkin pie overnight oats, an everyday gingerbread latte, bake some tofu with “migas” (cabbage and cornbread), and some stuffed butternut squashes with a lentil and mushroom balsamic filling.
