i have 23lbs of Turkey
2 gallon of hot water
1 gallon of water for a bag of ice
1 Litre of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 large red onions
1 large yellow onions
bunch of spring or green onions
A whole bulb of garlic (use half for brine)
2 lemon
3 oranges (use 2 for brine)
1 and half Cup of Coarse Sea Salt
2 Cups of Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of old spice
1/4 Cup of whole Black pepper
Hand full of Parsley & Rosemary
12oz of Butter
1 tblsp of paprika
1 tbsp of black pepper
2tblsp of pink salt or Kosher salt
NB: You can rinse Your Turkey when out of the brine if you want.
