Sharing with you one of our favorite Garlic and Lemon Butter Baked Tilapia . It is so tender and juicy with all the flavoring. It is quick and easy with simple ingredients. This is a perfect meal for a busy weeknight.

What you need:
4 Tilapia fillets
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried oregano
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ tsp lemon zest
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Extra lemon slices for garnish
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Red pepper flakes, for garnish
How to:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
2. Arrange fish in a baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, combine paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
4. Sprinkle in the seasoning mixture all over tilapia.
5. In a mixing bowl or measuring cup, whisk together melted butter ( melt the butter in the microwave in 30-seconds), garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
6. Pour the garlic lemon-butter mixture over tilapia. Place lemon slices in (optional).
7. Baked tilapia for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes and fork-tender.
8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and pepper flakes, if desired.
9. Serve with Rice or your favorite side dish..
