Chicken legs 800gms
Dry Red Chilli 12-15
Onion 1
Garlic & ginger
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Bay leaf 2
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Paprika / Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Olive oil(extra virgin) 1/3 cup
Red chilli water
Oil as required
