Chicken and Onions
This Chicken and Onions recipe is keto friendly, low carb, super simple to make and delicious.
Ingredients
2.5 lbs Chicken Thighs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp crushed rep peppers
1 tsp Italian seasoning
half yellow onion
1 tbs olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a baking tray add your boneless skinless chicken thighs and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Chop up a half of a yellow onion in rings and add over top. Then add some olive oil and combine all the ingredients to coat the chicken. Spread out evenly in your baking tray cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 mins. I removed the foil halfway through to brown the chicken. The chicken can also be cooked uncovered. Remove once internal temp reaches 160-165
