The title pretty much says it all! Made a spicy buffalo fried chicken sandwich!
For those Keto fans out there – ditch the bread and this sandwich runs about 4 Net Carbs!
Recipes:
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
Oil for Frying (I used Crisco)
2 Large Eggs
2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
2/3 Cup Almond Flour
2/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Table Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika (Hungarian is Best)
1/2 Ground Cayenne
Prep the Chicken.
Mix the Eggs and Cream.
Mix the Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Almond Flour, Parmesan Cheese, and Cayenne (Separately)
Dredge in Breading – Egg Wash – Breading
Fry in oil at 350 Degrees
Set to drain grease
Add Frank’s Red Hot and Butter – reduce – soak Chicken. Dress up Sandwich as you please.
