Recipe
Ingredients
(For Patatas Bravas)
4 – 5 large potatoes
Water for boiling
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika (optional)
( You can replace paprika with chilli powder (1 1/2 tsp) )
Herbs to taste (I used parsley)
(For Garlic Aioli)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp garlic powder ( 4 minced garlic cloves )
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
( You can replace paprika with chilli powder (1 1/4 tsp) )
Herbs to taste (I used parsley)
Salt to taste
Steps
Chop up the potatoes with the skin on into medium to small pieces.
Cook them in boiling water for 5 -10 minutes
After cooking, season them with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs
Air fry for 15 minutes at 200°C and shake at 7 minutes
OR
Bake for 45 min at 170°C
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and herbs.
Serve Patatas Bravas with Garlic Aioli drizzled on top.
