Servings: 12-14 / Prepping Time: 5 minutes
Difficulty: Easy

INGREDIENTS:
1 pouch Cuisine Solutions White Beans with Thyme & Garlic

6 cloves Roasted Garlic
1 Cup Tahini
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Method:
1. Defrost the White Beans in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.

2. Open the pouch of White Beans and pour into a food processor. Add in the roasted
garlic and tahini.
3. Secure the lid of the food processor and blend for 15 seconds. After blending, pour in
the lemon juice and blend. While blending, slowly add in olive oil until hummus is as
smooth or chunky as you like. Add in additional salt & pepper to taste.

4. Once you have a consistency you are happy with, pour hummus into a serving bowl,
scraping the sides to get all of it out of the blender.
5. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle some paprika or even some parsley.
6. Serve with pita chips, fresh pita or lavash!
