INGREDIENTS:
3 boneless Pork chops (About 1/2 inch thick) Wash with a little apple cider vinegar and cool water then pat dry.
Mixed seasonings➡️
2 tsps Paprika
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp brown sugar
About 2 tsps Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Apple juice basting mixture➡️
2 – 2 1/2 tbsps soft brown sugar
1 1/2 – 2 tbsps Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
4 tbsps apple juice
2 tbsps chicken broth
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp finely minced fresh sage
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp Chili powder
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
Other ingredients➡️
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsps unsalted butter
2 Chicken sausages, sliced thinly while SLIGHTLY FROZEN (the ones I used were raw, organic and lightly salted)
1 small onion, cut in strips
1 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cut in chunks
1 Golden Crisp apple, peeled and cut into chunks
Chili powder
……………..
If you want more sauce just add a little more apple juice, chicken broth, vinegar and sugar.
