Hello friends,
In this video I’ll show you how to make a delicious Nigerian pepper stew, one that can easily replace tomato stew.
This stew is called pepper stew because it’s primary ingredients consists of a mix of peppers. It can also, easily pass for what many call ofada sauce in Nigeria. Difference being that this one is devoid of palm oil and the native “iru”

Feel free make this with any proteins of your choice.
The mushrooms are also optional and replaceable😉

Ingredients:
Red bell peppers
Green bell peppers
Yellow habanero
Big purple onion
300g mushrooms
A pound of chicken wings
Season cubes
Mixed dry spices
Ginger powder
Paprika powder
Curry powder
Shrimp spice
