HOMEMADE PITA BREAD WITH CHICKEN FILLING
INGREDIENTS:

DOUGH:
Hot Water – ½ cup
Oil – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
Sugar – 1 tsp
Flour – 2 & ½ cups
Instant yeast – 1 tbsp (15ml)
Salt – ½ tsp (optional)
Warm Water – approx. ½ cup for kneading

CHICKEN MIXTURE:
Oil – 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Chicken boneless – 500 g (julienne cut)
Salt – 1 tsp(or to taste)
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Paprika – ½ tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

YOGURT MINT SAUCE:
Yogurt – 1 cup
Salt – ¼ tsp
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
Garlic powder – ¼ tsp
Fresh mint leaves – 2 tbsp
Fresh parsley leaves – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp

FOR PITAS:
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Onions (optional)
