Today’s recipe is one of my childhood favorites, and is still one of my favorite dishes to make today. While you can substitute the Hungarian Gyulai sausage with a different kind of sausage, I highly recommend that you try your best to use the Hungarian Gyulai. It gives it a completely different flavor and will taste 10 times better, I guarantee it. So if you have a European deli nearby go check and see if they sell it. I’ve found that most European delis do carry it. If not and you really want to try it you can always order it here from Bende. I prefer the spicy kind. I hope you love this dish as much as I do!
