ππ» Ingredients ππ»
Β½ Kg Mutton
Β½ Cup Split Chickpeas
1 Onion
4 Cardamoms
1 Black Cardamom
3 Red Chillis
6 Cloves
6-7 Black Pepper
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Tbsp. Cumin Seeds
3 Green Chillis
1Tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
1 Tsp. Turmeric
1 Tbsp. Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste

β’ In a pressure cooking add the mutton, onion, Cardamoms, Black Cardamom, Red Chillis, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Green Chillis, Ginger & Garlic paste, Turmeric, Red Chilli powder and Salt to taste, with 1 cup water.
β’ Cook till the mutton is well done (3 Vessels). After that open the cooking and add the Split Chickpeas and give 2 more vessels so that the Split Chickpeas cooked well.
β’ Release the pressure of the cooker and remove all the Cardamoms, Black Cardamom, Red Chillis, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick and Black Pepper. This step is optional.
β’ Make sure there is no water in the cooker; the mixture has to be completely dry.
β’ Remove the mixture and it to a food processor or a chopper. Blend well till all the mutton pieces are shredded well.
β’ Finely chop 1 Onion, 2 Green Chillis with handful of Coriander leaves and add the shredded mutton mixture to this. Mix well to that everything is combined.
β’ In a separate bowl break and beat an egg, to it add salt and paprika powder for some extra spice.
β’ Make flat balls out of this dough.
Heat a tbsp of Oil in a pan, Dip the kebab in the egg and shallow fry the kebabs from all sides until golden brown.
β’ Serve hot with a slice of Lemon.
