W dzisiejszym odcinku podzielę się z Wami bardzo prostym i szybkim przepisem na PRZEPYSZNĄ i ZDROWĄ PRZEKĄSKĘ: PESTKI DYNI W PRZYPRAWACH.

RECIPE

125 gr pepitas
1 tsp (coconut) oil
¼ – ½ tsp (himalayan) salt
½ tsp sweet/smoked paprika
*(¼ tsp cayenne pepper)-optional

1) Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
2) Place the pepitas on a baking tray
lined with baking paper
3) Put the baking tray into the oven
(preheated to 160 C)
for around 12 mins (stir 1-2 times)
4) Put aside until cooled down
