INGREDIENTS LISTED BELOW ⬇⬇⬇ Here’s a recipe for a very delicious soup that uses organic produce and minimal ingredients. It’s a roasted butternut squash soup, right in time for the cold weather. If you’ve got a squash, some oil, salt, pepper and water, then you’re good to go. But, there are a few optional ingredients that will take this soup to the next level. Take a look at the ingredients below:
Please note these measurements are rough. This isn’t an exact recipe, more of an intuitive one.
INGREDIENTS
1 butternut squash, washed and chopped into 1 inch pieces
the seeds of the butternut squash, scooped out, washed, and dried
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste
water to cover the squash plus another 1/2 depending on how much squash you have
paprika
whipping cream
microgreens or fresh herbs of your choosing
