Your new favorite healthy snack is here…Crispy Kale Chips!
It’s so easy to make. You’ll be munching in less than 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
100g Kale (cleaned and dried, taken off the stalk)
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Instruction:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C(345°F)
2. Mix the kale with olive oil, make sure the leaves are well coated.
3. Add the garlic powder, salt, and paprika. Mix well.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Do keep watch as these leaves can burn easily.
5. Take out of the oven and let them rest for 2-3 minutes.
6. Enjoy that crunchy goodness.
