Ingredients
1 Center Cut Salmon (Cut in half)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
1 Tsp Paprika
Wash and dry Salmon, cut in half and cut a slit down the sides, add stuffing. Place oil in skillet to heat. While oil is heating season your Salmon with Lemon Pepper and Paprika, then place it in the skillet with the right side down (you should be looking at the skin, seasoning the skin is optional) and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until Salmon is fully cooked.
Stuffing
4 oz Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Feta Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Cups Fresh Spinach Chopped
3 Whole Water Chestnuts chopped (find in the Asian Section at Grocery)
1 Tbsp Knorr Vegetable Mix
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Double ingredients if you have more Salmon
