Simple and delicious sweetcorn and coriander pastry. These are ideal for starters, side dish, picnic and packed lunch.
These can be prepared in advance and delicious served hot with chutney or relish.
Ingredients:
320g of Puff Pastry Sheet ( I’ve used Just-Roll)
340g of Sweetcorn
150g Mixed Grated Cheese: 50g each of Mozzarella, Cheddar, Paneer
One Teaspoon Dried Mixed Herbs
Pinch of Paprika/Chilli Powder
One Teaspoon Fresh Chillies
150g Fresh Chopped Coriander
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice
Milk for Glazing
Sesame Seeds for decoration
Salt per Taste
