Step 1 Ingredients –
One Inch Piece Ginger
8-9 Garlic Cloves
5-6 Green Chilli
5-6 Green Chilli
2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 Tbsp Mint Leaves
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Grind To A Paste
Step 2 Ingredients –
500 Gram Bombay Duck
Salt As Per Taste
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Paprika Powder
Add Spice Paste of step 1
Mix Well
Marinate In Fridge 2 Hours Minimum
Step 2 Ingredients –
2 Cup Gram Flour
1 Cup Corn Flour
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Tsp Baking Soda
Add Some Water
Mix Well
Make A Thick Batter
Make Sure You Don’t Pour the Water in All At Once
Dip the Fish onto batter. Deep Fry in oil.
