Goulash Soup with tender Beef. Delicious and simple. All you need is time. Beef and Onion in equal proportion. Roast beef and onion until roasted flavours develop. Deglaze with red wine. Once you have all ingredients for the Goulash Soup together we highly recommend to cook it with low heat for at least 2 hour. It taste even better when you wait for another 24 hour. Optional you can also make it spicy by adding Chili.
