We often hear the term growth mindset. It’s become a way to describe challenging the notion that learning is fixed or static. Words like grit and resilience are often used to describe the ability to meet a moment of challenge with the ability to expand understanding and learning. Yasmin Chowdury know she has found the recipe for developing and cultivating a growth mindset even in the most ordinary everyday experiences – like cooking.
