Chicken Paprikash-Paprika Cream Chicken-if you cook chicken like this, then nothing is left over. Hungarian creamy paprikash.Chicken Paprikash-goes fast-is easy-very tasty-you can serve it with rice – or noodles – or potatoes – just as you like it.Here is the list of ingredients for this Chicken Paprikash recipe for about 4 people .
600 g chicken breast – cut into small pieces
500 ml of cream
100 ml white wine or chicken stock to deglaze
2 red peppers – cut into strips
2 medium-sized onions – cut into small pieces
2 cloves of garlic – cut into very small pieces
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp paprika powder – hot or mild – to taste
1/2 teaspoon sugar
To season salt and pepper to your taste
some oil to fry.
When all the ingredients are in the pan – simmer for 15 minutes – or until the chicken is safely cooked through. The rice takes just as long – if you want rice as a side dish. You can of course also serve the paprika cream chicken with pasta or potatoes serve with it.
