500 g ground beef
1 onion, finely diced
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
l tsp paprika
l tsp ground cumin
(Kumin)
l tsp cinnamon
t / 2-l tsp cayenne pepper or l / 2 tsp
Chilli flakes
l can of kidney beans (400 g)
l can of tomato pieces (400 g)
300 ml beef broth
20 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
1 tbsp potato starch + 3 tbsp water (it gives the chili con carne a creamy texture)

2 EL Pfianzenöl
500 g Rinderhackfleisch
1 Zwiebel, fein gewürfelt
2 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt
l TL Paprika
l TL gcmahJcner Kreuzkümmel
(Kumin)
l TL Zimt
t/2-l TL Cayennepfeffer oder l/2 TL
Chiliflocken
l Dose Kidneybohnen (400 g)
l Dose Tomatenstücke (400 g)
300 ml Rinderbrühe
20 g dunkle Schokolade, fein gehackt
1 EL Kartoffelstärke + 3 EL Wasser (es gibt dem Chili con Carne eine cremige Textur)
