Satisfied our cravings for Lamb Biryani last night π½ππΌ Happy Diwali to those who are celebrating! πͺ
Lamb Marinade (overnight or at least 2-4 hours before)
– 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
– 1 tbsp chili powder
– 1 tbsp coriander powder
– 1 tbsp paprika
– 1 tsp cayenne pepper
– 1 tsp cumin powder,
– ΒΌ tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tbsp salt
Curry Sauce:
– 2 red onions (sliced thinly)
– 1 can of chopped tomatoes
– Marinated lamb
Rice:
– 1 tsp of ghee or butter
– 1-2 Red/White Onions
– Bay leaves
– Cloves
– Cardamom Pods
– Cumin seeds
– Turmeric powder or Saffron threads
Bake at 180Β° for 35-40 minutes.
