Welcome back to Tomorrowaday Farms! Today we are doing some Rebel Canning. This is NOT approved and is my own recipe. Please Please do your own research and see if this fits your needs.
So since it is storming hard I decided today is a great day to this video with you I have been working on this for a couple years. Now I feel I can share this for all of you to enjoy.

Okay here is the recipe I use but you change it for your family.
3 LBS of Bacon chopped and cooked
2ish cups of Onions chopped
2 TSP chili Flakes
2 Bayleaves
2 Litres Chicken Stock
1 Litre Ham Stock
2 TBSP smoked paprika
1 TBSP of salt
3 Cloves of garlic minced
Cook bacon first drain off all bacon fat but 2 tbsps
Cook the onions next add in the bay leaves, chili flakes, garlic
add in the all broth add in the smoked paprika and salt
add back in the bacon
Bring everything to a light simmer taste and see if you want any more salt or pepper flakes.
Processing time :Pressure Can ONLY
75 Minutes for 500 ML or 90 Minutes for 1 Litre
