Are you ready to sit back and laugh ??? This vlog is a package of fun filled night with our friends !!!

“Bloody Pickles” that is what we call our little gang. Its going to be 8 years of friendship. After the hit of Covid we never had a chance to catch up and now we just made it happen 🥰. They all wanted MMK Special so we decided to have boys cooking fun that night and ended up making BEER BUTT CHICKEN one of Libichan’s Signature Dish inspired by Jamie Oliver.

Here is the recipe for Beer Butt Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
1 Whole free -range Chicken – 2kg approx
Canned Beer – 1 can
BBQ Sauce – 4 tblspn

For Rub:
Whole Corriander seeds – 2tblspn
Whole Cumin seeds – 1 tblspn
Whole Black Pepper – 1 tblspn
Dry Red Chilli – 3 Nos
Cayenne Pepper or Smoked Paprika – 1 tspn
Dry Rosemary – 1/2 tspn
1 tspn salt

Note:

* For more spicy version increase the spice level above.
* Preheat oven for 10 min in 200 degree Celsius ( Bake Mode )
* Brush chicken all over with BBQ sauce and bake it. Once cooked you can rub the sauce once more and return back to oven for another 10 minutes for dark and sticky texture.
* Once fully cooked take the chicken carefully out of the oven and remove the beer can. Carve the bird and serve it hot….
* Best to marinate at least 6 hours.
