Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast
1 Medium Egg
3 tbsp plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried paprika
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 Onion Medium Sliced
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp paprika
250ml chicken stock
1 tbsp tomato puree /3 tbsp Chopped tomato
90ml double cream
160g sun dried tomatoes
1 red Capsicum
90ml white wine
50g parmesan cheese grated
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
90g fresh baby spinach
Procedure
1. Take a bowl and crack one egg and heat a oven at 120 degree.
2. Take another bowl and add 3 tbsp plain flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika,1/2 tsp thyme and 1/2 tsp black pepper
3. Take a chicken breast and dip it in egg and drench it in flour mixture.
4. Heat up pan and add olive oil and fried your chicken 2-3 min each side until it get golden brown color.
5. Then place then in oven for 10min
6. Now slice medium size onion, 2 clove of garlic, red capsicum and dried tomato.
7. Add extra oil on same pan and fry onion for 2 min and add garlic on top, then add 1tsp oregano, pepper, capsicum and dried 🍅 then tomato puree/chopped fresh tomato (1 medium size). Fry it until it softens.
8. Now add 90ml white wine and 250 ml chicken stock and bring it to boil then add 90ml cream and 50 gms cheese mix it nicely then add spinach.
9.Cook it until spinach is soft then dd chicken on top and cook it for 5 min until you get your desired thick sauce
10. Finally serve it with 🥔/pasta/🥖.
