Ingredients:
600 grams chicken thighs
1medium chopped onion
3 cloves mince garlic
3 ghee
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon fish sauce
pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
Procedure : Saute onion for about 2~3minutes, add the garlic cook it for another minute and add the chicken let it brown for 5~7 minutes then throw in the 8 spices stir it up then add the tomato paste and lemon juice then pour the coconut milk, fish sauce ,salt and pepper.
Adjust the taste according to your preference.
